How do I get started?

Here are the basics:

Install our Chrome extension.
Create a campaign. TopFunnel uses campaigns to group candidates into hiring strategies. You can use our example campaigns for some ideas to get you started.
Navigate to any profile on the web (LinkedIn, GitHub, Hired, Entelo, etc.) and click “Create Draft” from the extension.
That’s it! We’ll message the candidate, manage the thread, and you can relax until the candidate is ready to proceed to the next level.

How can I integrate TopFunnel with my Greenhouse account?

Accepted Answer

TO SET UP YOUR INTEGRATION: Integrating Greenhouse with TopFunnel allows for a more seamless candidate management experience. TopFunnel will automatically push candidates to Greenhouse as you source them and will deduplicate outreach against candidates you already know.

SET UP THE HARVEST API:

Greenhouse admins can do this via their API Management Settings in Greenhouse.

Click on the configurations icon at the top right of your Greenhouse page:

Go to Dev Center on the side menu, then select API Credential Management:

Go to API Credentials on the side menu, then click on ‘Create New API Key’ button at the upper right:

Select ‘Harvest’ in the API Type dropdown menu and ‘TopFunnel’ in the Partner menu:

The partner API key automatically selects the right permissions for seamless integration.

Go to 'settings' at the upper right of your TopFunnel page, copy and paste your Greenhouse API key under 'team' settings:

Can I add/upload/import candidate profiles from a LinkedIn Recruiter CSV file?

| Yes! You can export a large number of profiles from LinkedIn Recruiter and bulk upload them to TopFunnel.

Select the desired candidates from a LinkedIn Recruiter project.
Click on 'Save to CSV'; This will save your candidate data into a separate file that will be automatically downloaded to your computer.

How do I remove my information from TopFunnel?
